Coaching for 1 adult is £230 per day
Coaching for 2 persons is £280 per day
AT A GLANCE
Suitable for ages 6+ (double sea kayak available). Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Quality sea kayak and related equipment supplied for the duration of the course
Boat handling skills in sheltered water, then applied to open water
Lunch (not included) at a beach
Journeys along the coastline, whilst refining and practicing our skills
Rescue skills (optional)

PREREQUISTES
This is suitable for any participants with reasonable core strength and fitness.
Core Strength: Can you sit upright on the floor without needing back support for a while and can you then stand up using just 1 hand for support?
Fitness: Can you sustain 1-2 whole days of aerobic activity, similar in intensity to a lovely coastal walk?
WHAT TO BRING?
MEETING LOCATION/PADDLING VENUE
We normally meet in Holyhead or Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, depending on the weather forecast. The paddling venues are always specially chosen to match our courses.
