What to Bring
Comfortable, quick-dry clothing for water activities
Wetsuit Shoes or Old Trainers
Change of clothes, towel, and warm layers
Packed lunch, snacks, water bottle
Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)
Any required medication
All kayaking and safety equipment is provided. You’re welcome to bring your own kayak if suitable—please check with us before the course.

Prerequisites
This is a Level 1 course and is appropriate for all participants with reasonable core strength and fitness.
Core Strength: Can you sit upright on the floor without needing back support for a while and can you then stand up using just 1 hand for support?
Fitness: Can you sustain 2 whole days of aerobic activity, similar in intensity to a lovely coastal walk?
Please note all our tuition courses are for Over 18's (Aged 13+ welcome with an accompanying parent or guardian).
