AT A GLANCE
Suitable for ages 6+ (double sea kayak available)
Morning planning/teamwork sessions, over coffee
Quality sea kayak and related equipment supplied for the duration of the course
Boat handling skills in sheltered water, then applied to open water
Lunch (not included) at a beach
Journeys along the coastline, whilst refining and practicing our skills

Families with children age 13 and older, can also book on a Sea Kayak Tour.
The minimum family or group size that the booking system caters for is 4 - at least 1 parent or guardian is required to be with the children. The maximum group size is 8.

PREREQUISTES
This is appropriate for all participants with reasonable core strength and fitness.
Core Strength: Can you sit upright on the floor without needing back support for a while and can you then stand up using just 1 hand for support?
Fitness: Can you sustain 1-2 whole days of aerobic activity, similar in intensity to a lovely coastal walk?

MEETING LOCATION/PADDLING VENUE
Full Day - We normally meet in Holyhead or Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, depending on the weather forecast. The paddling venues are always specially chosen to match our courses.
